Having always had an unhealthy love of classical paintings since my youth, I have now become a meticulous portrait artist. Striving for those very goals that conceptual artists have lost, and sickeningly sitting at my easle for hours on end, I dedicate my concentration to see results in 1cm ²  sections at a time. This kind of anal, methodical work is a craft clinging on by its ears. Sometimes, I wonder why I am doing this myself when my back seizes up and my eyes red raw from focus.
Despite the hard physical sacrifice, realist painting is a lust I have never lost. Each stroke is carefully placed from hours and hours of meticulous training and practise. Always striving for beauty and elegance, but never losing that sense of reality and presence.
